Do you only work in Newcastle?
No. Our studio is in Newcastle West, but we design homes across the whole region — Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the wider Hunter, and the Central Coast. Distance is rarely the deciding factor; the right fit for the project is.
My suburb isn't listed — can you still help?
Almost certainly. The suburbs above are where we have dedicated project pages, but we work throughout the surrounding council areas. Book a free consultation and tell us where your home is.
Does being local actually matter for my DA?
Yes. Each council has its own Development Control Plan, heritage overlays and site constraints. Knowing them up front means your Development Application is prepared correctly the first time, which is one of the biggest factors in a smooth approval.
